It is lovely to see you here, looking at my art. The pieces I have shared on Love Wave are strongly influenced by dreams, memories and reflections on mystical experiences of fairies and angels. My art practice is based in subconscious alchemy; where I allow faces and shapes to emerge on the page as I draw.

Why Symmetry?

Much of my work here uses symmetry. I love the way kaleidoscopes use symmetry to change the way it is possible to see the world. Kaleidoscopes are magical to me,  bringing colours and shapes to life by twisting a tube.

Patterns can change and morph but their overarching structure remains the same through symmetry. I love using digital paints to morph colours into each other. It's the process of transition and change which animates the work you will find here.
